Val and Alan invite you to The Paddock, our home and yours whilst you visit with us. The Paddock is a charming residence of fascination and character dating from the mid 1800s. Located in a tranquil residential region, yet only 5 min stroll from the city center, 10 min level stroll to the lake and across the Penrith Road is the fashionable and silent Fitz Park. Some Private car park and unrestricted boulevard car parking accessible. All apartments are en-suite, with flat screen color digital televisions, clock radios, hairdryers, teacoffee trays, full central heating, own keysWe are an Ambassador for the Theatre by the Lake please ask approximately reduced ticket rate.
