The room is spread out over one floor. As you enter the room, you are welcomed by a hallway where you are able to hang your coats and leave your shoes. As you go through to the room, you 1st come to our cozy hall with a trendy corner sofa, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. A choice of DVD's, CD's and board toys are also provided for your amusement. The drawing room features high ceilings with two roomy sash windows which over look Kendal's high boulevard. The kitchen is fitted with up-to-date appliances. The 2nd double suite is extremely large with many additional suite for a z bed or cot (not supplied). The master bedroom features a double bed, stroll in wardrobe, adjacent with shower and french fashion doors. The family bathroom again is commodious with a brand-new electric shower over the bath & air cupboard. The suite is strictly non-smoking and no provision is made for ANY pets! In addition to being an historic south lakeland market place city, Kendal features a generous image for shopping, with lots of self-sufficient traders in addition to spacious high boulevard names. Kendal is the southern portal to the Lake District, just off the M6 motorway and with easy reach from junctions 36/37/38/39 being only 9 miles (10 minute drive) from Windermere and twenty-four miles from Keswick.
