With attractive vistas across the gulf, the inn is enviably nestled at the gateway to magic Exmoor and within a short distance of the brilliant beaches of the Atlantic. Throughout the month you'll be tempted by our large desk d' hote, a la carte and brasserie menus all using fresh, locally sourced make and each Saturday the cook presents the Swedish Smorgasbord and Grill Night. The inner swimming pool stresses a sliding glass dome which means it able to be used during all the year and there is a recreation region with sauna, steam apartment and heated leisure loungers all free. Please take into account that traditional rooms maybe in the major hotel or in the lodge. Dogs are accepted at a rate of £8 per night, they are allowed in the bedrooms (excluding exceptional rooms) and in the terraces but are not allowed in the social apartments.

Transportation

Leave the M5 at mix 27 (Tiverton). Follow the A361 (dual carriageway) for approx. 6 miles till you get to a roundabout. Go direct over the roundabout following the A361 for approx. 15 miles till you get to a roundabout, direct over and at the following roundabout take the third exit along A399 heading for Combe Martin. Drive via the countryside and out the other side (Direction of Ilfracombe) for approx. 1 mile you'll uncover a turning on the right hand side (just over the brow of the hill), marked Sandy Cove and Lodge.
