General Information
The guesthouse features its origins in a sixteenth century farmhouse and an inn features reputedly stood on the premises from earliest times. The Suffolk pink, ivy-covered building is a friendly beacon attracting an eclectic blend of local dwellers, passing travelers and persons working at surrounding work gardens. The internal decoration of the guesthouse is a mix of the antique and the recent with brass spotlights and chalkboards complementing the amenity and character of original brickwork, solid oak beams and huge fireplaces. Regimental badges of the servicemen and women from the surrounding base decorate and add fascination to the brasserie.
