The Bay Horse Inn stands on the A68 route Darlington to Edinburgh, within a short distance of the industrial and commercial centres of the North East. We are 6 miles from Otterburn, 20 miles from Corbridge and just 24 miles from Newcastle Airport. For ramblers, cyclists, horse riders and relaxation tourists alike we are in a ideal position to admire the good Cheviot Hill village. When you have been out and approximately in the fresh state air and, when the superior home-cooked cuisine and comfortable proximity of our hall brasserie all begin to take effect, retire to one of our seven bedrooms. 5 are en-suite. The 2 vast bedrooms share a bathroom which is perfect for a family. Please take into account that these 2 suites are above the brasserie and able to be noisey - the price reflects this slight inconvenience. All are adorned privately in a heavenly house fashion. and have colour television, tea/coffee making amenities, hair dryers, ironing amenities and a trouser press. We have a unique suite which is perfect for honey mooners or for that unique treat for any pair. Specimen the lavish of our 4 placard bedroom - nicely decorated and cosy. We provide bed & breakfast and, certainly, longer visit facillities in our en-suite lodging which features English Tourist Council Four Diamond rating. Here at The Bay Horse we all take pride in our business and strive to produce your visit as amiable and cosy as possible.
