Muckrach Lodge is the perfect place for you to unwind in comfort and luxurious. Enjoy some prime Scottish food in our award winning dining place with a great choice from our delightful wine catalogue and a confidential facilities that is 2nd to none. Our own herb park, fruit trees and vegetable beds give us with rhubarb, gooseberries, redcurrants, artichokes and a landlord of other park bounty when in season. We are specially glad of our own rare breed potatoes such as Highland Blue, Pink Fir Apple and Scottish Burgundy. We try wherever possible to use top quality local make to deliver a high class meal, in beautiful and relaxing environs. Enjoy a fantastic break, a malt whisky experience, or combine us for a sparkling and merry Highland Country House Christmas or New Year Hogmanay package. Kids and dogs are constantly welcome (£10 surcharge for dogs). We have a wine catalogue of over 100 bins, and a similar number of single malts in the cozy hall brasserie. Our cosy bedrooms are purposed with luxury in mind, equiped with everything you need for a matchless visit, with Egyptian cotton sheets, TV, hairdryer, complementary biscuits and recently ground coffee. Apartments and elegant bedrooms are also accessible with extras such as DVD players, bathrobes and kingsize or four-poster beds. We hope you'll delight in our enchanting park with our native trees, herb park, local bird life and our highland cow Archie. For visitors after something a bit more energetic, we have a full size croquet lawn and our own helicopter landing spot! There are a lot of sports and activities to enjoy in the close to environment including abseiling, archery, sailing, clay shooting, skiing, deer stalking and Grouse shooting. For something a small quieter, there are some fantastic chances for cycling, strolling, fishing and hole golf. Renowned world huge for the monster, Loch Ness is the deepest fresh water lake in the UK. Take a boat on this breath-taking loch, or stay one of the a lot of monster exhibitions.
