Nestling in the foothills of the mighty Ben Nevis, Inverlochy Castle (a previous winner of the Scottish Hotel of the Year award) - sits amid some of Scotland's ultimate landscape. Inverlochy was constructed in 1863 by the 1st Lord Abinger, close to the premises of the original 13th century fortress.

Inverlochy had been a confidential residence for over a hundred years till 1969 when it was converted from a family home to Scotland's best farmstead hotel.

Each of the 17 bedrooms, all with individual bathroom, have their own individual design and character, together with splendid vistas of the grounds and encompassing hills. Suite amenities include 30 inch Phillips flat screen TV, personal laptop computer with I-net access, personal secure, CD player, radio, iron/ironing board. Dvd player, Video player and Playstation II are accessible upon demand.

There are different activities and park amusements both at the inn and not far from. The guesthouse itself proposes an immense variety of activities including tennis, fishing on the loch, a walled park, clay pigeon shooting, falconry display and a full sized snooker desk.
