This huge farmstead is embedded in woody grounds in the suburbs of Exford countryside, in Exmoor National Park. Hosts Myra and Mike propose a sincere welcome, a cup of tea and a home made cake on arrival, ensuring clients feel instantly at home. Situated at the very heart of the Exmoor National Park, the lodge is convenient for visiting good countrysides such as Lynton, Lynmouth and Porlock and diverse historical National Trust properties. The magnificent coastline at North Devon and the swimming beaches of South Devon are both within simple get to. The horse riding and strolling on Exmoor is superior, with minimal highways and miles of moor land and woody river valleys. Visitors are welcome to use our amenities to stable their own horses. We are glad to suggest riding routes and both riders and walkers able to be escorted around the moor whether not confident in venturing out on their own.
