The Bendene Guest House Exeter

General Information

The Bendene is an ample 4 star Georgian townhouse at the foot of the City Centre. Perfect for work trips, for fun and shopping, with first-rate travel links. We have our own privately-owned open-air swimming pool located in the south overlooking walled park. In this place you able to either take a soak or just unwind with a savoury coffee and a magazine. Our varied breakfast carte menu covers most requests, and our suites are privately styled for comfort, with all the usual amenities, some apartments have flat screen T.V.'s. Choose from either non-en room twin or en room single, twin or double suites for a restful nights sleep. Our suites are located over four floors, and we do not have a elevator. There is a social parking not far from, less than a mins stroll, which is well lit and self-sufficient to garden in overnight. from 6pm to 8am. There are also some independent parking places in the highway outside The Bendene. If you are searching for somewhere to eat, you can make a choice from Indian, Chinese, Thai, English, Italian, French and more; both take-away and eat-in, all in short strolling distance, as are bars, bistros and bars.

Transportation

From the M5. Leave the M5 at Junction 29, then merge onto unnamed highway (signposted Honiton, Exeter). At traffic lights turn right onto Honiton Road - B3183 (signposted Exeter). Keep in the left hand lanes, then at the traffic lights continue forward onto Honiton Road - A3015 and continue along the A3015 entering Exeter. At Moor Lane roundabout, take the second exit onto Honiton Road - A3015 (signposted City Centre). At the following roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Honiton Road - B3183 (signposted City Centre). Bear left and at the traffic lights, turn right onto Sidmouth Road. At the following set of traffic lights, continue through Heavitree - B3183 (signposted RD and E Hospital and City Centre). At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Paris Street - B3183 (signposted Civic Centre). At the traffic lights, continue ahead on Paris Street - B3183 (signposted Tiverton). At next set of traffic lights, continue onto New North Road till you arrive to a mini roundabout. Bear left and continue along New North Road B3183 (signposted Crediton). At the Clock Tower roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto New North Road - B3183 (signposted Crediton). At the traffic lights, turn left onto Hele Road (signposted Plymouth A38, St Davids Station). Then turn immediately left in facade of St Davids Church into Queens Terrace, then 1st right into Bystock Terrace and right again into Richmond Road. The Bendene is located half way down on the left hand side.
