We are approximately a twenty minute amble from University campus in addition to the same distance from the historic Quayside. Well situated for exploration the Devon rural area and its numerous park amusements. Check-in & breakfast is catered at our sister property the Georgian Lodge situated in the same piazza. Transportation

By Road: Leave M5 motorway jct 30 following signs to services. Take 1st exit at services roundabout, signed Park and RideMiddlemoor (B3183). Take 2nd exit at next roundabout, signed CityHeavitree. Keep hiking direct on, through Heavitree taking right hand fork at upper of hill. Go down hill and take 2nd exit at roundabout. Go direct on a traffic lights over high st and into New North Rd, following highway to left at mini-roundabout. Continue towards the Clock Tower roundabout and go direct across. At traffic lights turn left and left again at church into Bystock Terrace. We are located just around corner on left of parking in piazza. By train: St Davids Station is short amble. From major exit, go past butiques and across zebra crossing into steep St Clements Lane. At the upper cross the 2nd zebra crossing and turn right. Follow the highway to the left and take 1st right at church into Bystock Terrace. We are located just around the corner on left of parking in piazza. By train: Exeter Central five mins stroll by means of Queen St. exit turn right along to clock citadel and the marketplace is on left. Number Twelve is situated to the right of the car parking. By coach: Less than 12 mile from bus and coach station. Taxis attainable in Paris St. Otherwise turn right into Paris St, go over traffic lights into New North Road and follow highway to left towards the Clock Tower roundabout. Cross the highway to the left of the Clock Tower and we are on right of the parking in the plaza. By air: Exeter airport five miles. Taxis accessible at airport. There is a bus which goes to St. Davids Station for airport tourists.
