We are situated less than one and a half miles from Edinburgh downtown and Waverly station, which takes 5-10 mins by bus auto or cab. There is independent on st parking, a regular bus facilities into the downtown (bus numbers 12 or 25), and a affluence of glutton restaurants to suit each palate located within the modish Water of Leith region, just a 10 minute stroll away.
