Welcome to Beckett’s Bed & Breakfast, four Star SILVER AWARD visitor lodging in an adorable 300 year ancient listed barn in the center of the Kentish village. We are rated 'excellent' by travelers. Have dinner like Henry VIII in our vaulted breakfast room facing the park. Vegetarian and vegan diets are served for and both mainland and full English breakfast is obtainable. Becketts is marvellous for work use. There is a self-sufficient WiFi accessible and whether all 3 apartments are booked, the breakfast room is good for your fine breakfast meeting. We are also perfectly located for hiking, with Hever Castle, Penshurst Place and Chartwell all within four miles. There are plenty of more astonishing National Trust properties and terraces, all having peculiar occasions throughout the summer, all within simple get to. Downe House, the home of Charles Darwin is only thirty minutes away. There are also delightful strolling routes with a footpath passing the door. Access to London from Edenbridge is fourty minutes by train, so you are able to go sightseeing for the day or to the cinema in the evening. Nice local knowledge. A charming ancient double four-poster, a downstairs park twin with its own easy access to the park with privately-owned seating and an upstairs vaulted twin with breathtaking vaulted ceiling. Every room is equipped with a flat screen tv/dvd, tea/coffee amenities and complimentary toiletries. A supplemental double suite with own roomy adjacent bathroom in the ensuite Granary is also now accessible. Breakfast at Becketts.
