A sincere welcome and familiar atmosphere awaits you at this famiy manage seafront guesthouse. We have 10 bedrooms some with sea panorama and balconies and a range of adjacent and basic suites. All rooms in the hotel have facilities of making tea/coffee and colour television. Sea View is located in one of the best positions in Eastbourne, on the seafront and in a conservation district. We face the Pavillion Tea Room terraces on the boardwalk which is close to the Napoleonic Redoubt Fortress. Within short distance is the distinguished pier, a bowling green, sailing club, tennis courts, theatres & our recent Towner art gallery, childrens Treasure Island & Fort Fun and in addition an excellent swimming pool complex. The Dotto train (March-Oct) runs the length of the seafront and stops just outside as does a bus amenities that travels to neighbouring cities such as Hastings and Brighton. Eastbourne features a matchless mall center with wide high boulevard names such as Debenhams, Next, Wallis, Primark, TJ Hughes and a lot of more.
