Benmore Lodge Dunoon

General Information

A 3 bedroomed traditionally built wooden lodge; located on a tranquil location of 18 lodges within the Loch Lomond National Park. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, one double and 2 twin. There is also a kitchen and dining region, hall and bathroom. Perfect for strolling within the Argyll Forest Park. Close to world great Benmore Botanic Gardens and the Clyde Coast. Local pubs and restaurants. Perfect base for strolling, cycling, lounging and visiting Argyll and Glasgow. The price presented is for 3 persons, a charge will be made for occupancy in overflow of this. The unmatched supplementary charge will be for electricity used.

Transportation

From Glasgow either take the A82 towards Campbeltown. At Rest and Be Thankful (after 50 miles) take the A815 to Dunoon. The lodge is located on the left a mile behind Benmore Botanic Gardens. Alternatively take the M8 to Greenock and continue a further 6 miles along the A8 to Western Ferries. After a 20 minute ferry trip turn right for 3 miles to Sandbank. Turn right again and continue North for 3 miles. The lodge is on the right a mile behind the Cothouse Hotel and amenities station within Lamont Lodges.
