Bed & Breakfast lodging is in our seventeenth centuty farmhouse solitary in still, tranquil country and enjoys wonderful views over the vale behind. Only two miles off the A396 at Exebridge and a short ride from Dulverton a little welcoming Exmoor city with an enjoyable selection of gift boutiques, tea suites, pubs and restaurants. The nearby scenery is home to a lot of wild animals including purple deer, roe deer, badgers, foxes, buzzards, kestrels, to name but several. Clients TV hall with books, magazines and treveller literature for your news, inglenook hearth with woodburning stove. A little fridge is obtainable for visitors. Non-smoking. Self-catering is a Grade II listed house quietly tucked away on our working farm, built with stone and cob and newly undergone renewal and renovation the house is highly well furnished and proposes the next amenities: Electric cooker and hob, Microwave, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, radio. Log burning stove, TV with Freeview and DVD player .Upstairs there are two double bedrooms one with twin beds and the master bedroom with a 5ft bed plus a further smaller single apartment. Electricity, oil fired central heating and an initial supply of logs for the woodburner are included in the rent. Linen and towels are offered. Cot/highchair accessible.
