Vacation Inn Derby Riverlights is situated right in the downtown, facing the River Derwent, a fresh hotel opened in December 2010. We have 105 bedrooms, brasserie and full facilities restaurant together with a complimentary onsite minigym for the rare use of dwellers. All public zone and bedrooms are fully airconditioned for your comfort. There is high speed wi-fi in the public zone and conference rooms which is complimentary for every person. In the bedrooms there is wired and wi-fi high quality internet access which is chargeable per 24 hour period for a little fee. We are situated very close to the major bus station and just a 10-15 minute stroll from the major railway station. The inn is less than 1 mile from the A52 trunk highway that leads into the center of Derby. Nottingham East Midlands Airport is precisely 14 miles away. The Derbyshire Peak District and Derbyshire Dales are both less than 20 miles away, while Alton Towers is 23 miles and Donington Park is only 13 miles away. Transportation

From the North, East and South: Follow M1 to J25 then take A52 into Derby. After the Pentagon roundabout take the middle lane signposted City Centre SouthInner Ring Road. On the Inner Ring Road, visit in middle lane and at the final lights immediately before the Westfield Centre turn right, drive past the inn, then produce a U turn at the island. Guesthouse is 50m on left. From the West: Follow A50 to A38 north into Derby. After roundabout with A52 take next left and follow signs to City Centre. Then follow signs for Inner Ring Road City Centre South. Go over the flyover and visit in middle lane. At final lights immediately before Westfield Centre turn right, drive past the guesthouse, then produce a U turn at the island.
