Min Y Gaer is a 10 bedroom, family run holiday hotel, appropriately situated at the foot of the service within the city of Criccieth. Min Y Gaer overlooks due South, facing the Esplanade, with a commanding vista of the lively Tremadog Bay coastline. Min Y Gaer also features a peerless vista of Criccieth Castle and, in fact, the phrase "Min Y Gaer" when translated from Welsh means "Near The Fort". Criccieth is located in the south east corner of the Llyn Peninsula, on the shores of Cardigan Bay, right outside the Snowdonia National Park. Min Y Gaer is a captivating tranquil location to use as a base while tourism North West Wales, or as a spot to just stop and appreciate the marvellous, unspoiled local vicinage. There are a few pleasant beaches within simple get to and Criccieth, itself, features 2, which are both secure for bathing.
