Hiking on the A12 you'll see the turning clearly signposted Stoke-by-Nayland (B1068). Follow this highway for about five miles till you get to the countryside of Stoke-by-Nayland. Pass the Angel Inn and the Ford Garage on left, then after approx 100 yards take 1st right. Continue on this highway for approx 1 mile. Polstead Lodge is the seventh property on the right after the bridge.
