General Information

Garden Farm is a 400-year antique farm within a mile of Castle Combe Circuit and countryside and further very near Lacock, the Beaufort Estate for Badminton Horse Trials, and plenty of prominent strolls and hacking oportunities. We able to in addition offer lodging for your horse in fantastic quality stables, with grazing, and parking zone for horse trailers or boxes. The Granary BandB is in a recently converted barn on our farm, detach from the major cottage, with ample private car park. There are three apartments with comfy king-size beds flat screen TVs good recent en-suite shower suites fluffy robes and towels lots of hot water and quality toiletries hot drinks and homemade cookies on the welcome trays. The dining room is flooded with light through a spacious glazed wall. The barn also features a galleried living room, many open-air space and a log fire to invite you at breakfast in the winter. On warm, sunny summer months days we open the dining room to the crisp wind. Breakfasts are made using our fresh free-range farm eggs (almost constantly available) and next year we should have our own bacon too!

Transportation

Leave the M4 at fusion 17, then at Stanton Saint Quinton Roundabout take the second exit onto the A350 (signposted Chippenham, Poole) Then at Malmesbury Road Roundabout take the second exit onto the A350 (signposted Poole, Warminster). Continue direct on over the following 2 roundabouts, till you arrive to Bumpers Farm roundabout where you take the 4th exit onto the A420 (signposted Bristol East). Drive past a petrol station on your left hand side and then take the 1st right signposted Bristol Road. Continue forward till you arrive to the countryside of Yatton Keynell, bear right at a crossroads, signposted to Grittleton. Drive direct on out of the countryside, past a capacious water citadel. Soon after this, there is a sharp bend in the highway with 2 entry gates to the Farm and BandB. Enter the 2nd set of gates, which are lit at night and will open automatically, and the BandB is the 1st building on your right.
