The Battledown is a delicious early Victorian French fashion bungalow located on an adorable street 1 mile from the centre of the town with free access to the racecourse, and Centaur meeting center. All suites are individualy colored and have en-suite amenities. Self-sufficient WIFI I-net access is obtainable in all suites. Hearty breakfasts feature locally made sausages and self-sufficient collection eggs. Self-sufficient off highway parking zone is available for visitors. We are a NON-SMOKING establishment. From M5 south, leave at J11, follow A40 into and round city center till get to lights crossing London Road. Go direct over into Hales Road, we are half a mile down on right. From A40 (Oxford) turn right into Hales Road (B4075). We are half mile down on right.
