The Coach House at Dalrachney Lodge Carrbridge

General Information

The Coach House is within the grounds of Dalrachney Lodge Hotel which is itself classified by VisitScotland (Tourist Board) and the AA as 3-Star Country House and is separately listed on LateRooms. The Coach House dates from 1895 and King George V maintained his Gun Cart here. It able to be seen in a local museum. Please take into consideration that the property is unclassified cozy budget lodging. All suites are non-smoking and have privy bathrooms. We should advise that there are no stand-up showers but a shower attachment is catered at bath taps. You have access to the major Lodge hotel Lounge, Bistro Bar and Restaurant from 0800hr to closing. Please DO NOT produce a reservation for this lodging whether you plan to arrive after 2000hr. We regret that we are unable to accept arrivals after this time.

Transportation

Carrbridge is signed off the A9 major trunk route (6 miles north of Aviemore) and is on the A938 at the north end of the countryside in front of the hole golf course. From the east follow signs from Grantown-on-Spey through Dulnain Bridge. We occupy an immense spot encircled by trees and have 2 signed driveways off the major highway. Check-in is at the major Lodge Hotel.
