At the end of the M4 continue striaght at the roundabout on the A48, at the following roundabout take the 4th exit (A476 towards Llandeilo), continue along this highway, after passing the 2nd petrol station take the left fork (B4297 towards Maesybont), follow this highway till it meets the B4300 after coming down a steep hill with a hairpin bend. Turn left at the fusion and then first right after approximately 14 mile. Go past Dryslwn Castle and when you get to the crossroads with the A40 go direct across. Follow this highway to the end (about three miles), at the T mix turn right and follow this highway into the countryside of Llanfynydd, go via the countryside and you'll see the Farmers Arms (painted yellow), follow the highway to the left here. The entrance hall to Cwm Ban Fawr is 12 a mile on the left from the Farmers Arms after passing one highway and 1 other farm track on your left. The turning is directly after a sharp right hand bend with a yellow salt bin on the left verge, we are the 2nd cottage down the track.
