Paskins is one of those enticing harbours you dream of when planning a visit to a Brighton hotel; recognisable, slightly various, suitable and feel gorgeous. It’s the sort of spot you leave thinking you'll constantly want to return. A gold award winning green Brighton Hotel that features rather found its own way. Not so much a shop hotel, perhaps more discerning, a small quirky and forging its own fresh direction. It features typical and sometimes amusing suites and shining organic, local or fair trade breakfasts. On arrival at the Art Nouveau reception desk you'll be shown to one of the 19 suites, every individual in design, perhaps a small quirky but not at the expense of being homely. The Art Deco dining room continues the enchanting topic of this Brighton hotel and features a capacious carte menu of well-known choice; including a range of imaginative vegetarian and vegan menu and some intriguing signature dishes. Although we are only a little Brighton hotel, one of a few hundred in the City we have restful obtained recognition and have become the Times Newspaper hotel of the month enabling our image to spread all over England.
