Welcome to Crab Pot Cottage, a little, hospitable bed & breakfast offering well appointed lodging for a maximum of six persons, situated on the East Yorkshire Heritage Coast. The house was previously owned by a shell fisherman who used to sell his catch locally. The lodging proposes a cosy vicinage combined with up to date facilities. Free wi-fi is obtainable. Our B&B is located in the very heart of the scenic village of Flamborough on the East Riding of Yorkshire's Heritage Coast. This is a pleasant tranquil location for strolling, cycling, bird watching (the RSPB Sanctuary at Bempton is three miles away accessed by a calmly stroll along the rock tops or by road) and golfing (Flamborough features its own hole golf course plus a few others nearby). North Landing, Flamborough Lighthouse and South Landing are all about 1 mile from Crab Pot Cottage. Plenty of other pursuits are accessible surrounding. There are 3 pubs within several mins stroll providing a range of atmospheres and meals. We also have 2 a la carte restaurants in the countryside. The vacation resort of Bridlington with its deluxe sailing whirlpool and treveller amenities is 4 miles away reached either by a scenic drive, bus or a magnificent stroll along the beach by means of Danes Dyke. We goal to give a hearty breakfast with locally sourced make wherever possible with an option of full English or Continental breakfasts. Try our local butchers' pork sausages - full of authentic meat but somewhat inconsistent in shape! For the walkers, cycle riders, fishermen, golfers and divers we have a drying room/storage accessible and the use of an outside tap or hose whether required.
