General Information

When you are tired of the Blackpool nightlife come home to a comfy bed at The Glyndale. George and Audrey will provide you with a hearty Cumbrian welcome right in the middle of Blackpool and a hearty cumbrian breakfast to set you up for the following days fun and adventure. Check out our apartments, all adjacent with central heating, freeview TV, teacoffee tray, hairdryer, towels and toiletries. Stair Lift to first floor for those of us not so mobile or with breathing difficulties. In our Dining suite Cumberland sausage is supplemented with a plate brim full of everything that makes up the ideal breakfast or an evening meal of homecooked food able to be pre booked whether required. The hall is a favourite with all the family, freeview TV, full sized pool desk, fruit machine, board toys and magazines or just loosen in our leather room and watch the fish in their aquarium. George will invite you into his cozy bar serving you anything from draught ale, lager and cider to spirits and cocktails if you just want a fast drink before hitting the blackpool nightlife or just to unwind for the night after a hectic day. Outside we have a flower filled courtyard with seating. We are proud of ourselves on creating a home from home ambience.

The Glyndale features the ideal location midway between the Tower and Pleasure Beach on South Shore 50yds from the Queens Promenade. South train station is 5mins away with Bloomfield Road home of Blackpool FC only 2mins away.
