Plenty of mornings, Becky takes the kids to meet and facilitate feed the 16 chickens (all have names), an assortment of goats, sheep, geese, and surely Rodney, a quarter ton pig who talks to you. There are 15 acres of farm land for visitors to enjoy, if strolling the dogs, flying a kite or just appreciating a glass of cider. There is a 40 foot heated swimming pool with a lot of apartment for sunbathing. Overlooking due south, it catches the sun all day. From here the panorama to the west up the Kenwith Valley, across Bideford Bay to Clovelly, 8 miles away, is utterly fabulous. North Devon brags a superb stretch of the waterside path on which you'll encounter a breathtaking range of landscape - rolling mountains, lonely coves, dramatic cliffs, and vivid countrysides including special Clovelly.
