In the year 2000 these buildings underwent a transformation and have been elegantly and conveniently converted while maintaining historic fascination. Located in a pleasing hillside situation with spectacular far reaching vistas over the estuary of the River Taw to Saunton Down and besides up to the mountains of Exmoor. The beach with white sand of Instow is just two ½ miles away. Bed and Breakfast: A double/twin bedroom with dressing apartment and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower; A double bedroom with adjoining bathroom with bath and shower; A single suite with supplementary pull out bed; A privately-owned living room is obtainable for B&B customers use. Self Catering: This was aboriginally the feeding barn which features been converted to give cozy lodging sleeping up to seven. It features a highly roomy living district with fantastic far reaching vistas, a well furnished kitchen and is of a high standard throughout. Fishing: Tim, your landlord, is a passionate fly fisherman who proposes a full guiding and tuition facilities for salmon, sea trout and brown trout on the North Devon rivers. He specialises in night fishing forays for sea trout, one of the majority breathtaking and challenging fishing experiences.
