From the North:

Exit the M60 at mix 23. Turn directly at the end of the slip highway onto Manchester Road. At the 2nd lights turn right and the guesthouse will be visible on your left hand side. Entry to the Car Park is direct ahead of you via the lights.

From the South:

Exit blend 23 on the M60, left onto Moss Way then at the traffic lights

continue direct on, go through another set of traffic lights and the Hotel will be visible on your left hand side. Entry to the Car Park is direct ahead of you.
