The Station Hotel was constructed at the turn of the 20th Ccentury in Ashbourne, and is an incredible mock Tudor building. The Tissington Trail is in front of the hotel. Alton Towers is 15 mins away, as is Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Calke Abbey. The inn features 18 very cozy bedrooms, a totally licensed pub and restaurant, which serves of particularly ready locally sourced foods. Transportation

From the M1: exit at J25 onto the A52 in the direction of Derby (Borrowash Bypass). At the Pentagon Roundabout take the 1st exit onto Eastgate (A52). Continue on the A52, veering directly at the fork onto The Underpass, and continue direct on to St Alkmund's Way (A601). Continue direct on to Ford Street and at use the right hand lane to turn right onto Friar Gate (A52). Continue on Friar Gate onto Ashbourne Road (A52) and at the roundabout take the second exit to continue on Ashbourne Road (A52). Continue on the A52 in the direction of Ashbourne for about 11 miles and at the Clifton Road roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Clifton Road (A515). Continue on the is highway on to Station Road (A515) and take the left turn at Ashbourne Leisure Centre (mini roundabout) onto Station Road - the Hotel is then on the right hand side about 70 meters down the highway.
