General Information
The Pierhouse Hotel is hidden away in the tranquil countryside of Port Appin, Argyll, on the shores of Loch Linnhe and encircled by the striking raw chic of the majestic West Coast of Scotland. With magnificent vistas to the islands of Lismore and Mull, our intimate twelve bedroom hotel, brasserie and celebrated seafood restaurant features won a fast-growing image as one of Argyll's most scenic and romantic destinations. We are proud of ourselves on the freshness and quality of our seafood and local meats, sourcing most of our food locally. We strive to procide our clients something various - a private and relaxed cozy atmosphere, imposing serene location and deliciously fresh food. The Pierhouse is totally positioned for all customers to admire the scenic wildlife and is perfect for all open-air adventure activities that we able to organize on your behalf. We are a favourite destination for state sports enthusiasts, in peculiar deer stalking and fly fishing, which we provide in the wonderful beauty and peace of a little number of privately-owned estates. There are fantastic strolls in the region with beautiful historic sites such as Castle Stalker, making us a much loved retreat for artists, novelists, open-air enthusiasts and beautiful nature admirers, or for those simply craving to unwind in one of Scotland's most magnetic locations. We also provide a full variety of hotel amenities including a Finnish sauna and superb holistic treatments including therapeutic, aromatherapy, swedish and sports massage treatments for our dear guests.
