Beech barns is a newly refurbished historic barn conversion dating back to the early 18th century, and retaining plenty of original has. Mixing up-to-date and classic styles with up-to-date facilities we have been given a four Star commendation by The AA for the last two years. Nestled in a woody dale to the west of Alton, Hampshire, Beech Barns proposes the perfect luxury escape for those visiting Alton, Basingstoke, Winchester, Farnham or the nearby regions. Apartments are capacious, clean, highly fresh and expceptionally serene. Showers are hot and powerful. Beds are made up with quality egyptian cottons, and has such as Digital TV, and Wireless broadband access come at no additional charge. Breakfasts are catered from 7am-9am weekdays and there is no limit on what you eat and drink. We only use one of the best quality products, with emphasis on organic, freerange and sustainability. There are several vivid eateries in the region, but please feel independent to bring something in with you whether you desire to settle in for the evening. While you'll find your apartment to be a restful harbour, there is the option of utilizing one of our visitor lounges which propose more space, and either television, dvd, or music should you favour. We are located in an idyllic countryside serene location and as such Beech barns is a secure, safe and quiet setting for you and your vehicle. The unexampled thing likely to disturb you is the occasional owl hunting mice in the restful of night. Both the M3 and A3 highways are with 20 min drive, and the A31 passes a pair of miles away. Alton also features a mainline station straight to London Waterloo. Heathrow is 50 mins and Gatwick one hour.

Transportation

Approaching Alton from A31 east or west, leave A31 and take directions for Basingstoke (A339). Turn left after 0. five miles towards Beech and Medstead on Medstead rd. Entering Beech take second right off Medstead rd into Wellhouse rd. Continue for 0. three miles to find Beech Barns on left hand side. These direction also apply whether approaching Alton from M3 Hook exit. Whether coming in from Basingstoke take A339 to Alton and turn right onto Medstead rd after 9 miles before reaching Alton.
