Built in approximately 1759, the Star and Garter is a spacious unbelievable Georgian fashion building, steeped in heritage, dating back to the mid eighteenth century. The Hotel is family-owned with 15 recently freshened well appointed en-suite bedrooms. This historic hotel features a very cozy 60-seater restaurant and is proud of an thrilling carte menu to suit all tastes combining one of the best of classical and up-to-date Scottish fayre. All the food is fresh and homemade with daily deliveries to our kitchen.
