Completely refurbished and reopened in 2009, we are neither a hotel nor a B and B. Instead, we are a the whole and privately-owned block of flats and give you your own suite with hall, bedroom, kitchen and opulent shower suite. Every suite features a 32 flat screen TV with DVD, independent high speed cordless broadband, a roomy comfy sofa and footstool to assist you chill at the end of the day and a wholly fitted kitchen containing basic provisions and a welcome pack containing tea, coffee, milk, bottled water, sugar, salt, pepper, washing powder, shower gel and shampoo etc. to receive you started. Every bedroom also features its own flat screen TV with DVD player and Vogue Memory Pocket mattress with large fluffy pillows for a magnificent night's sleep. Transportation

From the South. Follow the A90 to the Bridge of Dee. Continue following the A90 across the River Dee. Take the right lane at the roundabout on the North side of the river and leave the roundabout at the 3rd exit onto Holburn Street (A9013). Follow Holburn Street some distance. Pass via the first little roundabout, the Talisman Energy Building able to now be seen directly ahead. At the second roundabout, take the first exit heading towards Union Street. Mint Apartments 20metres ahead on the left hand side. From the North AirportFollow the A90 southbound following signs for Dundee. At the Bridge of Dee roundabout, take the left lane and leave the roundabout at the first exit onto Holburn Street (A9013). Follow Holburn Street some distance. Pass via the first little roundabout, the Talisman Energy Building able to now be seen directly ahead. At the second roundabout, take the first exit heading towards Union Street. Mint Apartments 20metres ahead on the left hand side. From Union StreetTravelling west up Union Street take the left lane at Holburn Junction. Travel down Holburn Street, continue directly via the traffic lights at Great Western Road. Mint Apartments are 100m further on the right hand side of Holburn Street.
