A Full day trip of Cappadocia (the land of charming horses) panorama some of the captivating frescoed and cliff carved churches of the Göreme outdoor museum, Visit the historic countryside of Cavusin, continue to Avanos for breakfast, and stay the pottery artisans in the conventional cliff carved countryside of Avanos. Stop at the splendid fairy-chimneys of Pasabag, a gentle walk amongst the naturally sculptured cliff shapes of Devrent Valley. Continue to Urgup to example some of the wine produced in the region. You Journey Starts by a trip to the Uchisar palace continue across the fertile plains of Cappadocia to the multilevel metro town of Derinkuyu. Proceed to the sheer-sided canyon of Ihlara. Enjoy a four Km hike via the Ihlara vale to Belisirma countryside. After snack, leave for Selime stay this surreal city and numerous cliff hewn churches; travel the Silk Road back to Cappadocian Natural Park, en route stop at the well-preserved Agzikarahan Caravanserai, before returning back to CCR hotel.

This tour is particularly purposed to discover the hidden treasures of Cappadocia. Our 1st stop is at the enchanting multilevel metro town of Kaymakli. Continue to Soganli Valley, also known as the ‘Valley of Dolls’ with its plenty of Byzantine period cliff tombs, appreciating a slow hike and investigating the Armenian fashion churches and cloister ruins. Then we pass via the remote countrysides of Guzeloz, and Ortakoy, Baskoy & Sahinefendi. Stay Taskinpasa Caravanserai, before arriving at Cemil countryside, a characteristic little Cappadocian countryside. Following a brief stop, continue to Mustafa pasha (Sinasos) for breakfast. After which we will stay the countryside, well-known due to its prime Ottoman and Greek architecture. Then continue to the Pancarlik vale and enjoy a gentle walk before returning to CCR.

Location Information

Cappadocia which is peculiar in the world and is a miraculous nature wonder is the common name of the field covered by the provinces of Aksaray, Nevsehir, Nigde, Kayseri and Kirsehir in the Middle Anatolian area.

In the top Myosen period in the Cappadocia district as a result of the vulcanic eruptions occurred in Erciyes, Hasandag and Gulludag, in the area was formed a comprehensive tableland from the vulcanic tufas and along with the erosion of the Kizilirmak river and wind over 10 thausands of years there appeared the chimney rocks which are a wonder of the nature. In the ancient Bronze Age the Cappadocia which was the population zone of the Assyrian civilization later features hosted the Hittite, Frig, Pers, Byzantine, Seljuk and Ottoman civilizations. The 1st Christians escaped from the persecution of the Roman Empire in the second century B.C. came to the Cappadocia over the Antakya and Kayseri and they have settled here. The 1st Christians finding the metro towns from Cappadocia have been hidden in these metro towns which gates were made in such way in which they couldn't be easily observed and they have escaped from the persecution of the Roman soldiers. Due that they had live in the metro towns for long duration without being can go out they have developed these metro towns by making provisions suites, ventilation chimneys, wine production places, churches, abbeys, water wells, toilets and conference rooms.

In the prehistoric periods the 1st human settlements have begun and the humans have constructed the metro towns in the volcanic rocks in form of tufa thanks to protect themselves from the wild animals and they lived for long times in these metro towns.
