Situated just three km (15- mins drive) outside central of Chiang Mai town, Villa San Pee – Seua proposes comfort rooms for guests in quiet atmosphere in the middle of attractive riverside park. Our dear guests can rest and admire the good landscape of the beautiful Ping River with Doi Suthep Mountain as a background. Clients will beginning a relaxing day with complementary hot breakfast catered in an outdoor dining region on the lawn adjacent to the river cooling by morning breezes. In the evening, particular barbeque party able to be arranged for the group in the backyard adjacent to the river whilst watching the sunset beyond the mountain.

We also give open-air activities such as fishing, canoeing and specifically cruising in our excursion boat that would bring you to discover the way of life of the local persons along the river. By boat, you can reach some fresh food from Warorot Market (the central fresh market) or drop-off at Nawarat Bridge (only 5-minutes-walk to the eminent night bazaar), Chaimongkol Temple (one of the oldest community monasteries in Chiangmai), or stop-by at the pier of the notable restaurants along the Ping River – i.e. Riverside Pub & Restaurant, Goodview, Viang Jum - On Tea House, etc.
Our swimming pool is situated next to the river where you are able to swim or sunbathe in the lively backyard or more thrilling on the deck of your boat journey whilst enjoying the soothing breeze during the trip along the Ping River. You are able also select to spend a lazy day at the resort where Internet, library, snack bar and sport amenities are accessible. We give suites of different sizes to accommodate almost all tourists’ need varying from a cosy one bed suite for pair, to a connecting 2 bedrooms for a party of 4, to a whole unit of home with 3 bedrooms- 5 bathrooms-simple kitchen with dining section comfortably for 6 people.


We cater complimentary breakfast when you wake-up, anytime. We do not cater snack and dinner, however selective light meal (one-dish meal) or sandwiches, etc. able to be catered on demand. Another option is that a serve food from restaurant able to be arranged with 1-2 hours sophisticated orders.
