Studio99 provides three room styles:

1 bedroom Garden apartment
Air-conditioned throughout, the one bedroom park suite includes one wide bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is a broad, clear open plan sitting region with fully furnished kitchenette. The sitting district features extensive glass doors opening out to the privy patio park. Every suite is wholly equiped with TV, DVD player, cooking amenities and microwave.

1 Bedroom balcony apartment.
Air-conditioned throughout, the one bedroom balcony suite includes 1 big bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is a broad, serene open plan sitting district with fully furnished kitchenette, The sitting district features big glass doors opening out to a commodious balcony. There is also a further balcony at the rear of the suite. Every suite is totally equiped with TV, DVD player, cooking amenities and microwave.

2 bedroom balcony apartment
Air-conditioned throughout, the 2 bedroom balcony suite includes two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom with soft king-size double beds and the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. The room is catered with 2 bathrooms including one en-suite attached to the master bedroom. There is a spacious, clear open plan sitting district with fully furnished kitchenette. The sitting region features wide glass doors opening out to a commodious balcony. There is also a further balcony at the rear of the room. Every suite is entirely equiped with TV, DVD player, cooking amenities and microwave

All rooms come with an entirely furnished kitchen. There is no on-site restaurant.

Transportation

The site of Studio99 Chiang Mai Serviced suites cannot be beaten. The suite is located in the centre of Chiang Mai in a tranquil soi well set well back from the hustle of Chiang Mai town life yet restful only a fewf mins stroll to Chiang Mai's well-known Night Bazaar, Tha Phae Gate and Chiang Mai's amusement region of Loi Kroh Road. Proceed down Tha Phae Road approximately 500 m from Thae Phae Gate in the direction of Chiang Mai's night bazaar. Turn right into Soi three. Proceed for approximately one hundred meters till you get to a little sub soi on your right. Studio99 is located at the end of this soi. You'll discover a sign for Thae Phae Garden Guest House, Studio99 is located approximately fifty meters past this on the left.
