The Residena Motta is located in the center of the interesting ancient town (citt vecchia) of Locarno. All kids under 6 years visit free when using existing bedding.
All kids under two years are charged CHF 20 per night for a person for cots.
All older kids or groun-ups are charged CHF 30 per night for a person for additional beds.
Maximum holding capacity of supplementary beds/babycots in a apartment is two.

No arrival on Sundays
Check in is between 12. 00 and 18. 00 hrs. Please notify us beforehand whether you wish to arrive later the 18. 00 hrs. Check out time is ten.

Location Information

In the italian styled citt vecchia of Locarno you'll find sumptuous boutiques, refurbished old houses, romantic courts, churches and galleries. By Train - ten Minutes on foot. - Going off the station of Locarno you'll get to the Piazza Grande, wander to the end and - then after the Albergo "Dell'Angelo" turn right into the "Via della Motta". - After approx. 200m you'll get to the "Residenza Motta". - The reception desk is in the patio. By auto - Motorway exit Locarno. You come at the large round approximately. Exit direction Orselina/Locarno-Monti. Please turn directly at the First scarlet light. Direct on towards the Old city. Please pass the food boutique "Alimentari Suini". After fifty meters you find a fountain on your left. At right there is the Via Motta side street.
