The inn is located in 2 ancient houses built around 1800. We have tried hard to conserve and repair antique pretty parts of the structure during the refurbishment process in year 2006. We have chosen the renowed Swedish Hastens beds for the leisure of our dear guests. Hotel Matia is situated in the center in Downtown Helsingborg close to the trains, boats and airport coaches. Please be recommended the guesthouse reception closes at 2200hrs each day of the month. Any clients arriving after 2200hrs must contact the inn prior to arrival to report them of the expected arrival time. Dining Information

The tapas brasserie opens in the spring of 2007. Till then there are daily several lighter dishes accessible. We cater wine, ale and other alcohols.
