The guesthouse is approximately five mins by auto from the center of the city, it's situated in a tranquil residential region with extremely direct access to the airport and to the international fairground. The hotel's peaceful location makes it a charming site to enjoy a relaxing visit or in which to hold business assemblies.

The brasserie is one of the best site to meet friends and colleagues. Our hotel features fine conference rooms for congress, seminars, banquets with a holding capacity for 10-500 persons. There is an inner swimming-pool, steam baths and well furnished gymnasium. In the park one can unwind strolling or jogging.

The guesthouse is conventional in design with huge windows and an immense parking at the facade of the major entry. The structure features a chic look from the outside. It seems to be a manor house grange which is impossible to miss.

The foyer locality is huge with ceramic floors and showy carpets, soft chairs and roomy regions and a lot of other has that makes our hotel one of the best in Valladolid.

The restaurant is conventional in fashion and decor, offering great cuisine, with its conventional ornaments cautiously displayed. At the banqueting apartment, customers able to have their own privately-owned snack or dinner.

The suites are similar in shape and size, exquisitely equipped and ornamented in soft pastel colours to match the furniture and accessories, fabrics and the carpeted floors. All the inn suites are sound proofed. It also provides rooms, all of which have attractive views.
