The Isla de Gallo Hostel is situated in a major building of a seventeenth centuty Trujillo´s characteristic cottage, after a detailed rehabilitation process in which it was at maximum respected the original housing structure. This warmhearted hotel lies fully in Trujillo centre, one of the oldest towns from Spain. All its premises are ornamented in a popular and modern style, which provide a unique importance to the guest´s comfort. The Isla de Gallo features 22 apartments, every one various embellished and with the names of 'The Thirteen of the Fame', those who along with Pizarro, crossed the Isla de Gallo searching for Peru. The establishment also features an open-air swimming pool, where to unwind and to take shelter from the heat in the summer´s hot days. A hostel full of spell in a town full heritage and beauty.
