Casa de la Ganania is an old-time grange situated off a state highway in the city of Los Realejos which is located in the North of the island. It's a peculiar ancestral cottage, of 100 years of age, which features extremely freshly been reconstructed, with an interior courtyard and an outer park. Its architectural fashion is conventional from the last century and distinctive of the state homes of the time. The major building features 2 floors with a staircase that leads to a corridor or terrace and which is the access to the ground floor where there are 2 double bedrooms and an entirely furnished bathroom. Both the flooring and the ceiling are made out of forest and the furniture is antique and from a choice of family heirlooms (except some essential, new purchases. ) On the first floor is the dining- suite and the sitting-room also equiped with family legacy furniture which features been reconstructed. The interior courtyard, the kitchen, a spare apartment and a 2nd bathroom include the first floor. The cottage resides approximately 300 piazza meters, (120 constructed piazza metres). The outside park features 50 piazza m of lawn, a stone district of approximately 50 piazza meters, and a covered porch of 15 piazza m. Outside, at the rear of the cottage there is a parking good for 2 autos. Los Realejos is a city in La Orotava Valley that features a warm and excellent weather all year round. Although Casa de la Ganania is not situated in the very heart of the city, nevertheless it's entirely near amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, banks, chemists..It takes 10 min by auto to Puerto de la Cruz where you are sure to enjoy the coast, Lago Martianez service, the strolls along the avenues and the nice restaurants.
