The Cardamomo underwent a the whole renovation in 2008 and features well-known recent amenities, spruce bedrooms and a relaxed

The hotel features 2 floors with 13 bedrooms. Some of the traditional rooms able to accommodate two groun-ups and one child (2 -12 years old) whereas Suites are commodious enough for two groun-ups and two child (2 -12 years old). The hotel restaurant is offering 2 alternative a la carte menus to suit various atmospheres. In summer months there is a possibility for you to enjoy an exquisite meal under the stars whereas the winter time is good for an enticing candlelight dinner adjacent to the hearth.

The Romero carte menu superbly mixes conventional dishes from the area, such as Sirloin steak & boletus, with Mediterranean cuisine adding oriental flavours to some of the recipes.

Wines from various districts in Spain have been handpicked to compliment the wonderful dinning experience.
