General Information

In the south of the island, between fields of almond and fig trees, just five hundred mts. from the countryside of Ses Salines and six kilometers from the sea, stands the antique stone cottage of Sa Carrotja, one of the oldest in the countryside. It's a building distinctive of the Majorcan rustic scene, dating from the sixteenth century, and features been totally reconstructed.

The restoration features conserved the popular and original character of the cottage, while adapting to the comfort requirements of up-to-date living.
The clean and soothing atmosphere will produce you feel vivid the moment you come.

The park and petite ‘home-grow’ region are an instant attraction for the caller, as are the aromas emanating from the kitchen.

Location Information

This not big privy hotel is located on the suburbs of Ses Salines, a small city in the tranquil south-east corner of Mallorca. It's owned and run by a Mallorcan family who have diligently restored and stretched their traditionally-built rustic residence, part of which dates from the sixteenth century. Embedded in its own property of approximately half an acre, our hotel adjoins open state.
