General Information

The detached vacation homes every have two or three floors, with one suite per floor. Visitors should collect suites keys at Oficina alquileres Pe Eiscola situated in C/Irta three Edificio Forner. Phone: +34 964482065. Check-in from Mondays to Saturdays is from five pm to eight pm and Sundays from ten am to 1 pm. In case customers arrive outside the indicated timetable, they are asked to please contact their travel agency a minimum of three days before in order to report the rooms. Straight payment of an additional surcharge will be required for later arrival times. Whether there is no late arrival confirmed with the suites and travel agency then key pick up may not be possible. Arrival cleaning applies. Towels and sheets are not included, but there is the opportunity to rent sheets per sheet/week (locally payable). Use of the swimming pool requires a straight payment per room per month (open in summer months, clients should ask approximately the timetable). A cash deposit is obligatory.
