General Information

This newly built 4* aparthotel is located in a good setting adjacent to sAlbufera nature reserve and only two hundred m from the long sandy Alcudia whirlpool. The complex includes four room buildings and three major buildings with air-conditioned social suites: an ample entry lounge with reception desk and living room, breakfast room, meeting room (seat about 50), toys suite and a broad hall brasserie with a stage for the daily amusement evening program, tennis courts, paddle and a multipurpose court for basketball, volleyball and football. In the very heart of the complex, set among the terraces, there is a famous swimming pool of 1500m and a sunbathing balcony with sun-beds and parasols. Close to the complex there are supermarkets, souvenir butiques and shops. The suites are 53m and propose space for four people (2 in the bedroom and two on the sofa beds). As well as the listed facilities the kitchenette features an electric hob and toaster. Furthermore the suites have either a veranda or balcony with desk and chairs. We would like to report you that the furniture of all the apartments was restored in 2008 including a LCD TV 32.
