General Information

Hotel Hostal Loreto is a tranquil, family run hotel with 43 bedrooms and an enthusiastic cafe/restaurant. The structure dates from the 16th century and is a previous nunnery. It's situated in a foot passenger region in the feudal center of the ancient town near plenty of butiques and restaurants and overlooked by a Moorish palace. It's rumoured that a secret tunnel ran from the antique nunnery to the palace. Within easy walking of the inn are 20 kilometres of elegant beaches, lovely ferry links to Ibiza and the Balearics (Majorca and Minorca) and train and bus stations. The journey to Ibiza takes just over 2 hours on the quick ferry. The trip time from Alicante airport or Valencia airport to Denia is approximately an hour by auto on the AP-7 motorway. The town itself is an energetic historic port with its own fishing fleet and 2 marinas conserved by the hilltop palace and encircled by acres of orange groves. The guesthouse features a generous restaurant and has to offer half and full pension arrangements whether required. Nutritious breakfas is included in the price of the apartment. It's also possible to enjoy a lunch or a drink at any time of day on our busy boulevard balcony or in our silent internal sixteenth century courtyard. Hotel clients are welcome to participate in activities which take spot in the guesthouse such as weekly Ti-chi and dancing classes.
