Casa das Dunas is situated in Troia, 50 kilometers from Lisbon between the coast and river in the resort of Soltroia. In the limits of the Natural Reserve of the Sado Estuary, the coast is a natural district preserve, which preserves the original dune vegetation, encircled by pines.

The cottage features a double suite with exit to the park, bathroom with Jacuzzi, fully furnished kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven refrigerator, toaster, chopping and juice machine) a dinner apartment with TV, sofa bed & meals region.
