Opens onto a sun filled manueline abbey glassed in with vaulted ceiling and marble font facing the patio. It's medium in size and able to seat a maximum of sixty customers. It serves classical and regional meals. This Pousada was indigenously a 15th century cloister built on the foundations of an old palace and is entered through courtyards of sweet smelling orange trees. The entrance hall is medium in size with wealthy marble floors and period furniture including a comprehensive old desk.
