This wonderful hotel is situated in Calheta which is a waterside countryside just thirty mins from the capital of the Island of Madeira. Placed right in upper of the beach with white sand. The guesthouse features three restaurants and three bars, two of which are outdoors. Transportation

Funchal Airport (FNC): Approximate driving time is 45 mins and distance is 35 kilometres (22 miles).

Buses run regularly from the airport terminal to Funchal city, costing around 3€, and from there to destinations across Madeira. Taxis are also attainable to hire.

Driving directions: From Funchal Airport follow the major road west by means of Rapida in the direction of Funchal. Continue past Funchal till the end of the motorway close to Ribeira Brava. Turn left towards the waterside highway and continue on the major waterside highway past the cities of Ribeira Brava, Ponta do Sol and Madalena do Mar towards Calheta. Calheta coast resort is direct ahead.

Calheta is compact and able to be easily explored on foot. Bicycles able to be hired at the guesthouse.
