In 2003 Mister Carlos Ferraez Matos, a visionary businessman, had the notion to enrich the treveller activity of capital with the construction of a hotel interior the installations of the structure Aries, situated at Manuel Avila Camacho Avenue 42 in the heart of the town of Xalapa, Veracruz-Mexico. Nevertheless, for various reasons the works were suspended.
